2. Compliance — India (DPDP Act 2023)

For users in India, we process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act 2023). Data is stored on sovereign Indian cloud infrastructure (AWS India data centres) and is never transferred outside India without your consent, except where required by law.

3. Compliance — International (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area and other GDPR-applicable regions, we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including your rights to access, rectify, and request erasure of your data.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to respond to enquiries, process job/internship applications, send service-related WhatsApp or email confirmations, and improve our AI assistant (ARIA). We never sell your personal data to third parties.
